This latest addition to our SMEs in Malaysia series introduces two books that focus on twenty selected customers of the Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia Bhd (SME Bank). The two books in this series are:

• Instructor’s Manual on Case Studies of Selected SME Businesses

Made possible through a collaboration between the Centre for Entrepreneur Development and Research (CEDAR) and our higher learning institution partners, the books aim to achieve the followings :

• To identify real issues, risks and key factors influencing the success and failures of SMEs in their various business undertakings;
• To offer in-depth investigation of the issues at hand;
• To explore and identify important determinants of the success and/or failure factors for SMEs in managing businesses (enablers & disablers);
• To utilise case studies for coaching and training purposes in entrepreneur development where the findings could be analysed and inferences drawn to reflect upon similar businesses in similar industries.
